Goody Envelopes
I have built my snail mail list to over 1,500 romance reading fans (and other booklovers, too!) and regularly send Goody Envelopes stuffed full of promotional items to these readers.
Due to the cost of materials and postage, I "share" the cost by including other author's promotional items as well as my own. It's a great opportunity for authors to get their name and book information directly into the hands of book lovers and helps me get an envelope to the readers on my list without taking out a second mortgage <g>
If you'd like to participate in the sending out Goody Envelopes and promoting your name and books to romance reading fans, send me your bookmarks, postcards, lightweight magnets, brochures, writing pens, bag pins, etc. and a portion of the postage and materials to me and I'll stuff "goody" envelopes and mail them out.
To participate enclose a check with your promotional items for the number of pieces you're sending:

Reality Check: If you were to send 25 promotional items on your own, the postage would be: $9.25 NOT including the cost of envelopes, labels & printing--let alone your time in "stuffing!" This truly is a good promotional opportunity!
